Will my online credit card payment be secure? It most certainly will. Our online payment solution has 128 bit SSL encryption to protect information provided and complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Please feel free to Contact Us if you have any queries about your invitations, wedding stationery or other event stationery ordering that have not been covered on this page. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept credit card payments online (MasterCard, Visa and AMEX), direct deposits and money orders/ cheques. For more information, see Terms and Conditions. Do you provide a discount? We automatically provide a discount for all online invitation orders over $1000. The discount will be calculated automatically for you at check-out point. Alternatively, if you are ordering three or more different stationery designs at their minimum orders, we can certainly do our best to put together a discounted quote for you. Please feel free to contact us prior to placing your order. Do you have a store or showroom? We do not have a store or showroom. Because of this, we are able to keep our costs down and offer you the best possible prices. If you would like to see our products before placing an order, please feel free to order an invitation/ wedding stationery sample pack from our Samples Page. The sample pack price will be reimbursed should you then choose to place an order over $150 with us. Alternatively, if you live in Sydney, we can always arrange a time to come and meet with you if you would like to discuss your options and see samples face-to-face. Can you deliver internationally? We are able to deliver your wedding stationery or invitations to most overseas destinations. Please Contact Us before ordering for a rough timeframe and shipping quote. How are the invitations and stationery printed ? We only offer quality products. For this reason, we have all invitations and stationery printed professionally on a digital press. Do you have a minimum order for each product ? Yes. All of our printing is done on a digital press and therefore ordering any fewer invitations or stationery pieces than the minimum specified would not be economical for you. The majority of our invitation products have a minimum order of either 40 or 50. However, Table Number Cards, Table Name Cards and Menus have a minimum of 25. Do you have a minimum order for each product ? Yes. All of our printing is done on a digital press and therefore ordering any fewer invitations or stationery pieces than the minimum specified would not be economical for you. The majority of our invitation products have a minimum order of either 40 or 50. However, Table Number Cards, Table Name Cards and Menus have a minimum of 25. Can you print guest's names and addresses on my envelopes? Unfortunately this is something we are unable to do at this point. We are, however, able to print guest names and addresses onto clear labels for a small charge. You will be given the option to purchase these when ordering your invitations and stationery. A form will be sent to you after check-out of your online invitations order. Simply fill in your guest's details and we'll take care of the rest! Can you print guest names onto my save the date cards, invitations, place cards, bomboniere tags and thank you cards? Yes! Guest names can be printed for an additional charge of $95 + gst per wedding stationery type. A form will be sent to you after check-out of your online invitation and stationery order. Simply fill in your guest's details and we'll take care of the rest! I am purchasing invitations from your 'Bride', 'Birthday', 'Engagement' or 'Baby' section and would like matching stationery. Are matching stationery items available in these sections? Yes! If you would like matching stationery to go with your invitation, we can design these for you. Simply go to our 'matching stationery' item found under our 'Samples and Options' section and select which stationery items you would like to order. Please note: Your order may take longer due to the time required to design these pieces. I am interested in one of your designs but would like an aspect of it altered. Can this be done? Yes! Simply contact us prior to placing your order so as we can provide you with a quote for your custom invitation alreration. If you then choose to accept this quote, simply place an order for our 'additional alterations' product and provide your quote number where requested. Please note: A fee may not apply to small alterations. I am interested in one of your designs/ collections but the colour is not right for my theme. Can the colour be changed? Yes! Simply visit our 'Samples and Extras' page on the left-hand boutique menu and click on the 'Colour options' product. You will be given over 100 colour options to choose from. Simply choose the colour in which you would like you wedding invitations / stationery or other event stationery to be printed in. Type the colour number into the 'colour code' section and send the product to check-out. Please note: The process and production of colour-altered invitation designs may take longer than normal orders. Please note: Some colours may appear slightly different from monitor to monitor and therefore, the print out of your chosen invitation design may also slightly differ in colour. How do you suggest I word my invitations and stationery? There are a variety of wording ideas for your online invitations order found on our Wording Suggestions page. You will have the choice to either create your own or use/ adapt our ideas. What is the ordering and production process? Please see our Ordering Process and Delivery pages for more information on the process of customising your wedding invitations, wedding stationery or other event stationery, and when you can expect your online invitations order to arrive. Should I order extra Invitations? Yes! You should always order 5-10 more party or wedding invitations than originally planned. This will allow for any handwritten errors and any last minute invitations. I would like to see what your print quality and cardstock is like before I place my order. How can i do this? Simply go to our Samples and options page and purchase our sample pack. This pack will include 3 different wedding invitations /stationery products from various collections and will give you a good idea of our print quality and cardstock. The sample pack price will be reimbursed should you then choose to place an order over $150 with us. When referring to your embellished designs, what do you mean when you speak of a 'Semi-DIY option'? Choosing the semi-DIY option for your embellished wedding stationery or other event stationery basically means you are provided with a ‘semi-complete’ product. We print, cut and score all chosen stationery and provide you with the embellishments (ribbon, diamantes etc.) required so as you can simply make the finishing touches. The Semi-DIY option is a great way of keeping the costs down whilst still having the bells and whistles. It also gives you an opportunity to be involved in the making of your own event or wedding stationery. You will receive an instruction sheet guiding you through the steps of assembly. Completing your wedding stationery with your bridesmaid’s makes for a fun way to spend time together before the big day! What does your quartz shimmer cardstock look like ? The quartz shimmer card stock is an ivory/ cream coloured cardstock with a pearl finish. If you would like a free sample of the cardstock before placing your wedding invitation or other online invitation order, please feel free to contact us. When should I post my wedding invitations? It is good for your guests to receive their invitations 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding. This will ensure you have enough time to receive responses back from your guests and organise numbers for your reception. When should I expect my wedding stationery or other event stationery? It is good to plan ahead as much as possible. We usually prefer to have 3-4 weeks (after receiving a customer's completed wording form) to complete a wedding stationery or event stationery order. We then like to allow 1-10 days for domestic delivery. These timeframes will ensure we have the required time for preparations and acceptance of proofs, printing, handcrafting (if required) and then delivery. It will also allow for any unexpected hold-ups. Please note: The above time specification is preferable but may not be required. If you do not have this time to wait for your wedding or event stationery, please Contact Us prior to ordering as we may be able to fit you in. Urgent jobs may entail an additional charge depending on our scheduling at the time. If this is the case, you will be notified.
