As a conservative and cautious couple we discovered through certain hardships in our family, how important it was to have investment houses to enable us to achieve our desired goals and dreams in retirement which a pension would not be able to cater for.

We knew time was against us as I was 59 and my spouse 61 and retirement was fast approaching. We made contact with Creative Lifestyle Home Loans where we had the privilege of meeting and embarking upon an interesting and amicable relationship with Shaun who assisted us to come to the understanding that we could use our present equity to purchase further investment properties. He was always available to answer the many questions we did have and his cheerful manner continued to make us feel it was O.K. to keep asking when unsure.

We made the trip to Melbourne and proceeded to purchase two properties. Thanks to Shaun and his staff who have done such a great job and gone beyond what was expected, we are well on the way to securing a pathway to the goals we have set.

In hindsight we wish we had started earlier, however we are grateful to Creative Lifestyle Home Loans staff for their continued support and encouragement to step out and make it happen. After all no one else is going to do it for you!
