Becoming a civil celebrant was a natural transition for me from a background in the field of psychology. It has aided me in the understanding of peoples needs and requirements and the first and most major decision for you to make is:

• Choosing the right celebrant to share your ceremony, as this decision is very important in making your special day just right for you

• There are many celebrants to choose from, and the majority can offer you a similar service. Some can offer more variety, and others more experience. But when looking for a celebrant, look for a person you can relate to, one that you feel good about, that you can communicate with and someone you feel proud to conduct and present your ceremony (after all the ceremony is the most important part of your day)

• The presentation of the ceremony, is the service you are looking for of a celebrant and the delivery by the celebrant very poignant, and instrumental in creating the right mood and atmosphere to make it very special to you and enjoyable for your guests.

My background gives me an awareness and sensitivity to your needs, and an ability to relate to you at a very personal level. Transferring these skills, of insight and understanding to my work as a celebrant, I offer you my expertise with the creating and delivery of your ceremony.
